Important Change to Mail Service Benefit
Beginning January 1, 2021 Homescripts is closing its maintenance medication mail service operations.
If you are a current Envolve Pharmacy Solutions member who has filled a 90-day prescription at Homescripts, contact the Customer Service Center by calling the phone number on your member ID card.
If you are a patient receiving Ongentys® or a specialty medication through a Patient Assistance Program, you will not have any interruption in medication delivery. You will continue to receive medication directly from Homescripts. If you have questions about an upcoming medication delivery, call 888-239-7690.
