You also have the right to voice your concerns, grievances, or complaints about our services without fear of discrimination or disrespect.

You may also report concerns about safety or quality of care directly to The Joint Commission at their toll free telephone number 800.994.6610 or URAC at https://www.urac.org/contact/file-a-grievance/.  

Complaints and grievances will be resolved as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days, after we receive the concern. Grievances made in writing will be responded to in writing.
